1. Acceptance
By using Checkbloom you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Checkbloom is a household organizer app providing AI-powered checklists, real-time sharing, and household planning tools. Checkbloom LLC is based in the United States.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Use a strong password. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access: security@checkbloom.app
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com) as merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, tax, and payment disputes. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We will never charge you without your explicit action. There is no automatic conversion from trial to paid.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel anytime in Settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Refund policy at checkbloom.app/refund-policy.
7. Your Data
You own your data. Checkbloom LLC processes it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Promise for full details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Checkbloom to: harm other users, violate any law, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or create fake accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
Checkbloom and its content are owned by Checkbloom LLC. Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to provide the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Checkbloom is provided as-is. Checkbloom LLC is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
12. Suspension and Termination
Checkbloom LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with or without notice. Users may terminate their account at any time via account settings.
13. Changes
Checkbloom LLC may update these terms. We will give 30 days notice by email for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
